I'm not a liberal, but something is different about Palin

I'm wondering what you guys think of Palin?

It is very alarming to me that Sarah Palin belongs to such a congregation. Her preacher is definately a false teacher - a false prophet. The trouble is I don't know of a single politican that knows the truth. This makes it even more urgent that we teach all the world the preterist view. We are totally without a good choice in this country. A relative of mine was the victim of the Salem witch hunt - Sarah Pease, but they stopped executing witches before she was to die. Type in her name in google and you can read about her. When I'm asked if I'm a "fundamentalist", "evangelical", "born again", "charasmatic" I shudder. No - I am "just a Christian." I don't believe in supernatural miracles, modern prophets. I don't believe in literalistic interpretations. I don't believe in tongues. I don't believe in man-made creeds, nor any "traditions of men." Why can't we all just be Christians Only that follow the Scriptures Only? We need to become "Paul like preachers" and tell everybody we meet why we don't just have "hope" - WE HAVE THE REALITY found in realized eschatology. In Christ, David

I SECOND THAT, BROTHER DAVID!!! Well said! I'd like to take the last half of your comment there and paste it below my name-tag as well!

You know, it's not that alarming to me that Palin belongs to such a wacko congregation. For the Christian Zionist voting block in the GOP, she couldn't be a better choice! I mean, she's good looking, perky, she likes guns and God, what more could you ask for? Perfect sidekick for the drab and dull McCain, she'll keep the voters interested. Unfortunately, people are lazy and they will never listen to the preterist view... they would rather just put a McCain-Palin yard sign up next to their neighbor's Obama-Biden yard sign and believe that they are doing their part to make a difference.
